On 29 September, we’re throwing the first Launchy - a pop-up launch party where twelve people launch something new in one night. Five minutes each, one slide or one video, filmed and celebrated properly instead of published quietly and hoped about. It’s happening at Whelan’s in Dublin.
If you’re around that day, come. If you’re not, share it with someone in your Dublin network who’s building something and never got a proper send-off for it.
Here’s the bigger picture: Dublin is just the first stop. Launchy is built to travel - the plan is to take this format to other cities and communities around Ireland. So if you run a space, a coworking hub, a startup community, or a business that works with founders and creators, I’d love to hear from you about a collab.
We’re also looking for launchers and partners to put something into the goodie bag every guest takes home - a small, easy way to get involved if a full partnership isn’t the right fit yet.
