Careers as we know them are over. The Career Ladder is broken. It is crazy to write this, but it’s true. As workers grapple with the Future of Work, career professionals are also faced with new challenges. How can they help talent without new thinking, tools, and templates?
To help everyone looking for solutions to these problems, I have a lot of ideas. With a background in problem-solving, innovation, and education, I even wrote a book to get these ideas down on paper to share with the curious. My books give a glimpse into how to workshop the Future of Work for individuals and groups. But Career Design really comes to life with my workshops, which focus on personalisation, collaboration, and gamification.
